I've had no email access since Wed 11th at 15.30. I posted yesterday and the Team Member who PMd me is not online today so that's not much help because I need this resolved. Can another VM forum team person help out and give me my mailbox back again? It is so frustrating.
It's an ntlworld address and is not available via computer Mail or VM webmail or phone. Resetting password doesn't help.
I get this error message on webmail: Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
