I have 2 error messages on my mail account, when trying to access from the my virgin media app. I get the message that my inbox is not available.
when trying to access from my iOS devices I am told that there is no password for virginmedia, these have been reset by virgin media help desk but are still inaccessible.

Yes I have an active account, and I am the account holder
