My email just tells me that my mailbox is unavailable, can anyone help please

I am sorry to see that you are unable to access your mailbox.
Can you tell me if this is a NTL email address or a external email? E.G Outlook/Hotmail etc. (Do not post your full email in question publicly)
How long has this been happening?

I am unable to fix this for you unfortunately.
You would need to contact the customer service for Gmail, I have found a link from google for you to try, click here to try it out.
I hope it gets resolved for you.
