please add my account & my wife's sub- account to the problem list.
wasted 20 minutes then again 15 minutes talking to 150 before being cut off while on hold.
at least i can see vm has a major problem with e-mails.
please can we have some help in resolving this asap.
Ive spent hours trying to resolve this problem. 150 useless, website useless. Have you had any help now/
