Thanks for coming back to us @GMG1, can you please confirm if you've been able to check all other folders within the E-Mail account to see if they have been moved?
When checking via our webmail services, can you possibly clear the cache on the browser you're using, log back in, and then see if the E-Mails re-appear?

Is this affecting any other emails such as the ones that you received and put into other folders or is it just the sent items that are missing?
Do you know if anybody who has access to your mailbox has inadvertently deleted the emails from the folder?
All other folders look fine. Rather odd to lose sent mail from around June 2019 up to a couple of weeks ago. Deleting that amount would take time. Do virgin media have back up files, if so, how do you access them as they may be there.
