Lost my daughters secondary email

I have inadvertently deleted my daughters secondary email account. It contains all her details for her upcoming wedding and her contract details of her own virgin account being installed in her new home. We urgently need to get this restored. Can anyone help

If you deleted using an email app, depending on the settings it is just possible that you might find the account still on the VM server using webmail.  Otherwise it really has been deleted - VM don't keep backups, they expect users to do that.

Hey tpmchugh, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

Once an email has been deleted it has most likely gone forever sorry, however I am going to try and get this back for you but I can't promise this will happen.
