Hi went to bed last night all emails in tact woke up this morning to all current emails from 12th March till 10th May are missing. I have an ntlworld email address. Anyone had similar issues and how can I restore this.

Ah, now what makes you think that? Was it a ‘call centre’ worker saying that, because it got you off the phone and they chalked up another successfully closed call?

Admittedly, depending on the circumstances, there is some degree of evidence to suggest that this simply isn’t possible! There is a fair chance that you were simply lied to!
