I have a similar problem. I have been using the sub folder for two weeks and had 50 emails in it. Suddenly it disappeared! I have tried the remedy suggested but the folder does not appear in the list? Fortunately I have a Kindle on which the folder is still active. Seems strange that it has gone from my desktop?
