Lost email

Not had any emails via my blueyonder acct since 28 Sep. Virgin tech support now sent me the third dead link to reset my password. I'm a self-employed editor/journalist and this is really eating into my work time - 4.5 hours and counting, I also get a lot of my work via the email address so I'm really concerned what earning opportunities I'm missing. Been with Virgin for 15 years - been shaky at times but this is an all-time low. Any advice welcome.

Have raised a complaint and am phoning Ofcom in the morning. Will also call Virgin Media press office first thing.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some trouble accessing an email address. What happens exactly when you attempt to access it? Does an error message appear?
