My dad has a virgin media email address, but has lost his password. Trying to set up an email account on an iPhone, it requests his password.
He no longer has a Virgin account, so it does not seem straight forward to recover the password via the virgin media site.

To clarify, ongoing use of a VM email address (including the legacy domains) requires the user to have an active Virgin Media broadband account to which the email address is linked.
If that isn't the case then the email address is deemed to be orphaned and is liable to closure at any time.
If the password reset route doesn't work then as already advised, there is nothing that the VM Forum Team can do other than ensure the account is fully deleted.
