Lost email access

Yesterday out of the blue I lost email access. I have a@virginmedia.com email. I followed the instructions (see screenshot) and it loops me back to the same page. I contacted support and after ages on a never ending WhatsApp chat they changed my password again TWICE and still the same problem. They told me they would escalate and again nothing. I posted on twitter and they gave me this site. Can anyone help??
