My parents have bought a new computer (old one died).
They have struggled to set up new machine and have not yet accessed their shared email account.
In attempts to try they changed passwords.
Mum now cannot access the account from her phone. We cannot use the forgotten password help as they cannot open any emails.
We need help.from virgin please.

How are they trying to access their email accounts? Is it through the our website or a different email client?
