Lost Blueyonder Password

I was a customer of Virgin at a previous address and had a Blueyonder email address which I expected to lose when we moved away but it continued in existence and I used it for a few things.

In the last few months it got hacked and a few strange things have happened. Now the password has been changed and I can't access this email.

There doesn't seem to be any way to reset the password. If I go to My Virgin Media it tells me the email address doesn't exist, but it does!

I really need this email account closed down for safety. Any ideas please?
