I suddenly stopped receiving emails to my ntl world email on 27/1/23 .I have been using this as my main email for many years therefore it suddenly being discontinued has been a disaster .Whilst I see that Virgin can delete email if no longer have active account but surely should give at least a warning email in order to avoid losing all data suddenly .
Is there any way at all that this can be reactivated ,even to allow access to old emails
please advise
