Loss of all historic emails

All my historic emails are still missing despite the email from Axel Wherl affirming that the issue is resolved and I “should” have access to them. On chasing tech dept last week that suggested that the emails from him was phishing and not real as they had more time to fix the problem. This is a @ntlworld.com account

doea anyone know when it might be resolved fully?

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get your historic emails back, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

We now have a process we can follow to help customers who have received the email from Axel stating the email outage is now resolved, but either have partial access to old emails or no historic emails at all as of yet. 

I'll send you a private message now so we can get this looked at for you.
