I have been unable to login to my [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED] e mail account, for over a week now, I tried to reset the password from the "My VirginMedia" accounts page which seemed to be successful but on trying to log in I get
"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111from any other phone and select option 2."

Recently I had problems with my Netflix account which was registered to this email and I wonder if it has been hijacked and used in some way that has caused it to be blocked by VM?
