I am trying to access multiple accounts across different properties but am unable to access any of them. One email address is not recognised and another is not allowing me to change the password. I also have a Virgin Media email address attached to one of the properties which I no longer have access to. When I search for main account holder details to find what email addresses have been used, it is not recognising any of the details I provide.
Please can you advise someone I can email/send a message to in order to detail these issues and get them resolved?
