Logging in

My account just goes around in circles when I post the asked for details from my monthly invoice. I don't think my password was forgotten in the first pace

I'm not sure what issue you are describing here. Is that about logging in to email or to My Virginmedia (to check your account). Please tell us exactly what is happening and what messages (if any) you are seeing. We can't help much unless you do.

Sorry to hear you are having issues trying to log into your account. As mentioned by @HowardML what are you trying to log into? Is this your my VM account or your email?

 

Also what error message do you get when logging in? Are you able to provide a screenshot of this?
