Hi,

I can’t get into my ntlworld account. When I try online it says “oops! We can’t find the page you’re looking for”.

I use this email for everything and so I’m very concerned. It just stopped receiving emails on Friday and I’ve only just worked out that I can’t get in it at all and it appears to be gone.

please help!

Is this email linked to a current Virginmedia broadband account?  If not it has probably be closed in accordance with the original conditions.
