I have been attempting to log into my email account on my laptop for the last two days without success. I can access via my mobile but I need a large screen view. The user name and password are correct. I complete the Captcha photographs without a problem then it just says it does not recognise the user name of password. Please help!
Thanks for your post and apologies for the delayed response, Have you been able to get this sorted? If you are not able to log into the email from the website directly, it will require a password reset, even if the other devices are still able to access. Once you have updated the password on the main website then all devices that access that mailbox will need to be updated.
