Tuning in

It’s no I’ve been 3.   weeks    my secondary email address got locked out due to a spam message coming through

I’ve tried the Virgin Media webpages there is NO.   page that allows me to look at my email addresses and to be able to manage them

the only page that says manage email addresses gives the ability to delete and nothing else

I phoned the help centre and he could only look at my primary email address.        There is no ability for him to reactivate my secondary email address

what can I do I have raised a complaint after complaint after compliant.   on their webpages

it’s just a nightmare

that they do not have a webpage that is dedicated to email management and the ability to change passwords and reactivate a locked account

can anyone help……..  I’ve tried the. My. Profile page but nothing about email management

help.      TeeRai

There are two ways you should be able to change the password for a secondary account.

Sign into the account here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media using the email address concerned and the current password. Once logged in click on Update Settings then Account details.  You should now see the options to change password etc.

Or use the Forgotten password route:

https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password
