I'm a VM broadband/tv account holder.
I've been locked out of my ntlworld email account. If I try to access via my usual link (https://mail.virginmedia.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX I get a "403 Forbidden" message.
I went to change my password in my virgin media account (in previous lock-outs changing the password has fixed the problem). This time I was instructed to change/"update" to a different email address (so I used a gmail address), then via a verification code, change my password.
So .. did all that ... STILL can't access my ntlworld email. STILL getting the 403 Forbidden message
HELP ... Is there a way to retrieve my ntlworld email ??

Same here. I spent 7 hours on webchat with Virgin two days ago. Then a further 3 hours yesterday. At the end of all this, the agents assured me all was fixed. IT"S NOT FIXED. Beyond frustrated. What can I do? Desperate now.

You seem to have responded to a David Brawn... who had commented on MY ORIGINAL POST last Tuesday - (so, a week ago). I STILL have 403forbidden messages when I try to access my ntlworld email - and I have tried to access via a number of devices. One of the other responders from I thought Virgin Media, said they would keep us updated on what was happening .. ... There has been NO update. Has anyone ANY information on HOW to retrieve ntl emails ??? Thanks. mj

Hi msmj,
Thanks for posting. I can see that after I was off last week, you're now chatting with Jodie, another member of the forum team. She will respond to your message in due course.
