Locked out of my NTL email AGAIN

I was without email for over a week but this appeared to be sorted by this weekend. Now suddenly the same problem has occurred. 

On my android it is asking me for my email password to login and via the virgin site it is telling me all my info is wrong. During the process of reinstating my NTL world email last week the password was changed a few times by the help desk. I have tried all the passwords that I am aware of.

I am working full time and do not want to have to spend another 8 hours during my evenings, on the phone, either being cut off or on hold.

Please can someone help me and open a ticket on this.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry you've been having some issues with your email service recently, this isn't good. 

Due to the delay in getting in touch can I ask if this has been sorted now?
