Locked out of email

Hi.

I am currently locked out of my email address. I get the following message when I try to access it.

'Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.'

I have read the virgin media posts about this and done everything suggested but nothing works.

I have called customer support on 3 occasions today. Every time, they change my password and say "Ok in 20 minutes log in again with the new password and it will work"

It doesn't... I can access my account no problem, but when looking into my profile I can see 3 email addresses that have been set up but they were not set up by me. Advisors on the phone say they cant remove them

Hi antwigan,

 

Thanks for your post and sorry that you are unable to log into your online account and email.  You can find out which email is your primary login by clicking the 'Forgotten Email' option click here

Once you log in you then have the option to remove delete any sub-accounts or email addresses you find unnecessary by going to the 'Manage Accounts' section.
