Hello. I have been unable to access my virginmedia email for a week now. I have changed the password several times but any time I try to log in it tells me the mailbox isn't available and to try again in an hour. This is my main email account and I'm not getting anything. Does anyone have an ideas please?
Sorry to hear that you've been unable to access your email account. Can I ask whether the email address in question is linked to an active cable account? I ask because our system automatically deletes dormant email accounts that no longer have an active account.
