Why am I locked out of ntlworld.com email that I use all the time? I have reset password as virgin advise. I have text tech team. Im still locked out. Havent got time to wait on phone for an hour. This is not acceptable

Can you please confirm if you are receiving any sort of error message or code when trying to sign in?
No error message at all. Just a try in an hour and check log in and password. We are very busy due to covid etc. Both log in details are correct.

I have been able to find your account and changed a setting in your mailbox to re-enable it, please can you try and log into it again and let me know if it works.
