Locked out of email a/c since Monday.

When is this going to be sorted? This is the second time this year and I'm paying good money for a reduced service. Dialing 150 is a complete waste of time as none of the options cover my problem.

If this is not sorted very soon I will have no option but to switch provider.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

I'm sorry to hear that your email account has been locked. To unlock it, you just need to update your password to something that is completely new and never been used before. This will automatically unlock the email address within an hour. 

If after doing this you are still unable to access it, pop back here and let us know so we can help further.
