Ayisha,

Can you help me.

Nothing seems to work.

Have tried re-setting. You don't recognise any of my passwords, PIN, reminder questions. 

The phone is hopeless. I have tried to text line - gave up after sitting for an hour waiting for a text reply.

I feel completely trapped.

It is no good talking me through security - none of my passwords work.

But you are still having £120 a month from me

Hoping that you will reply but unable to sit by my screen all day
