I have been using the virgin.net email account for many years. I lost the password , I cannot rest and the Media helpline have said that they cant help - can anyone else !

Hi, I created the original virgin.net account and added my wife as a 2nd email to the account.
I have long since stopped using my virgin.net email account but my wife has always continued using her part of it.
