Locked out of Account

Hi

I received a text stating I have had my E mail/media account locked due to spam emails and given instructions to re set password which I have tried to do but neither the answer to my security question or acct.no and billing info will work! I really need to get into my emails. Not sure what to do now as it's impossible to get hold of customer service at the minute.

Ps I should also have pointed out my Virgin E mail is not the same as the one I've used to join this community. (I have no access to my Virgin E mail).

Sorry I know I'm probably being thick but do you mean you have unlocked it because I am entering my original password and it still won't let me in.

The password is the same for both my Virgin e mail and virgin media so I cannot get into either.
