My daughter has been locked out of her email account for over 2weeks and this has been a nightmare to try and sort out, after trying to all the things suggested nothing has worked. She is on a virgin media address. She has missed important emails about starting university and about a part time job she has been applying for and this has caused so many problems. Could someone help us please.. thanks

Was/is your daughter’s email address a secondary one to yours by any chance? If so, then are you (or her) a current VM broadband customer?
