Hi, for some unknown reason my email has been locked and I cant get into my account. This is my other email address I am using at the moment so I can reach you. Have tried always to unlock it and generate an app without success. I can change password but then when I go to generate app there is a problem. I am 78 and fed up with Virgin messing up the email. Any help appreciated Please. It says if you can change password you can still access them on My Virgin email online but I cant do that either
