I have been wrongly locked out for 10 days, I think by Virgin security systems, despite getting the misleading message "Sorry! Your mailbox is not available at the moment etc..." I can't get technical help despite hours on the phone and messaging. Can anyone help please?
Thanks. I've been in touch with a sympathetic human - Martin - for ever a week. But had no success in getting my mailbox re-enabled. Doubtless the virus is causing great difficulties. But I've got big problems too, and the time may come when I have to abandon this and my Address Book.
