When my wife tries to login to her email she gets the following message:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

She tried to make an account on this forum to resolve the issue but needed to click on the link in the email to verify her account, to then post on this forum. Obviously she can’t access this email so this is impossible.
Can a member of your team PM me so we can arrange to have her email account re-activated?
We’ve tried calling your support phone number multiple times, to no avail. She's also changed her password to try to resolve the issue, but is still locked out.
