Hi the other day i received a letter from virgin saying my account had been locked as it may have been used to send Spam emails. The letter also said it recommended me to scan my computer and change my password, I have an up to date internet security software on my pc and scan my system for viruses and i changed my email password. but now i still can't log onto my email account. All i get is Your mailbox is not available at the moment, can anyone help.
