Up until late last year I had a Virgin account for Broadband, I no longer have any Virgin services. The email account I have had for over 20 years has recently been disabled and everybody I speak to at Virgin seems unable to help. Just after a bit of advise.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear your email account has been disabled.
When we close down services, we do allow up to 90 days email access, which allows the former customer to transfer all emails/contacts over to a 3rd party email account.
In rare cases some do slip the net and remain active.
Then we will do a sweep of active emails and see if they are linked to active services.
If not then they will get disabled and deleted.
When it comes to this point we have no way to gain access again.
