I haven't been able to access my email for a few days now and I just keep seeing the ''Your mailbox is not available at the moment'' message.
I successfully changed the password on virginmedia.com, however I am only able to access my virgin account, not my email.
I phoned customer support and unfortunately they were no help. They claimed they could access the email account with the password I changed it to on the site, but I keep getting the message.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
