I have put in the correct password as requested, not recognised. My others work fine - any suggestions?
I see from your previous posts regarding email issues that you use an iPad amongst other devices to manage you emails so is that error being reported by am email app rather than directly from the Virgin Media webmails service?
Email apps seem to default to reporting a password error when they fail to connect so I would try signing into the email account via VM Webmail https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ if you have not already done so and see what that reports.
