Junk email

Can some tell me how exactly am I meant to stop these junk / spam emails coming to the Blueyonder. Everyday I’m sending to junk box and everyday I get more. Why is it after all these years I’m now receiving this

Spam filtering is an automated process that should require minimal user intervention to correct misidentification but unfortunately that is not always the case with Virgin Media Mail. AFAICS you can either:

  • find an alternative email provider with better spam handling and with security that is equal to or greater than the security of online service it will be used with
  • use boothy99'swebmail filter rule to reduce the burden of repetitively having to re-identify previous misidentification, read more here: Re: Virgin Mail spam filter is useless
