Issues with delete, Forward, Reply & Compose

For 5 weeks I have not been able to delete, Rely, Forward or Compose any e mails I am receiving from VM this is only on my computer. I have rang on 150 but no help as usual Waste of time told there is a problem with e mail service. Is anyone else experiencing this problem.
