Issues with changing Primary Owner not being correct so can’t change password
Please can someone help, it has been months with this issue.
my husband is the primary owner but the email account we set up with no longer exists, it needs changed but now both my husband and I are secondary owners? I get all the bills and emails but none of us can access the account to change anything as we can’t change the ‘primary’ details. Please can someone advise who we sort this out.
there are 2 emails accounts and both now secondary but one, mine needs to be the primary. It’s so frustrating.
