Iost emails from inbox

All my email s have gone from my inbox  how can I get them back as I need them

Can anyone help

Try:

1. go to Virgin Media Mail and sign in
2. select ⚙ > E-mail > Change IMAP subscriptions…,
3. select ▸ and repeat until all folder views are expand
4. make sure all folder are selected (☑)
5. select Save
6. select Email (located top left) and confirm any folders selected in step 4 are visible; if not press Ctrl + Shift + R to by pass browser cache when refreshing page
7. check each folder for missing emails starting with the Trash folder

Regrettably if missing emails still cannot be located then they are unrecoverable.
