Hi,
I have recently set up a new virgin email and have added it to my outlook app on my mobile and laptop.
It works fine on the laptop.
However, on mobile, it is hit and miss! At first, all emails were received with no issues. Then I realised that I was seeing more emails on my laptop than on mobile and it seems there is a single email notification coming from an online form called 123 formbuilder that will not go into my inbox on mobile, even though it is there on my laptop!
If I forward the email in order to reply to the person filling in the form, any reply from them works on both mobile and laptop.
All other emails also work on both!
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, sometimes the emails come through for a while then stop, other times they just don't come through.
This is now driving me mad!
Any suggestions from you clever people please?
I am even considering giving up and changing the email to one in outlook lol.
