I'm having issues with emails from a specific domain being blocked. I've managed to get hold of one of the Undeliverable messages to find out why and it says the following:
This is a bounce notification message indicating that an email you addressed to email address :-- [removed]could not be accepted. I've checked my marketing preferences and I haven't unsubscribed from any form of contact (see screenshot below).
Any ideas how I can fix this? It's not that they're going into SPAM - they're just not getting through and I don't know how to fix this.

S o I can get this looked into please can you post the full header off the rejected mail?
