Incoming E Mail rejection from one use

I regularly receive emails from this one sender but they have been unable to send to me since 28 May. Here is the rejection they received. I may be missing mails from other senders but I don't know.  

Thanks for any help

Can we escalate this?

The bounce message says that the IP address 149.255.57.14 is in csi.cloudmark.com.  But when I check the IP both manually and here as well

http://www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check-results/?host=149.255.57.14

We find it's not.  This needs passing on to the email team to find out why the mail exchangers are rejecting the mail?

Unfortunately, yes.  The escalation has been picked up. I expect that the Forum Team will need to refer it to the relevant email support group.

The VM Forum Team should respond here when they have an update.

Hi there,

We have engaged our email team regarding this issue on the back of @ravenstar68's escalation request, and have been advised the following:

After investigating this it appears that the IP address is being blocked by spam filters, please advise the reporter that the IP address will need to be delisted to resolve the issue, we are unable to take any further action as it is not a Virgin Media IP address.

I've checked the IP address personally and it's not listed.

The error message clearly suggests that the IP is listed on csi.cloudmark.com

Now when I check here -http://www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check-results/?host=149.255.57.14- It's not listed on any of the blacklists INCLUDING csi.cloudmark.com

Also The address can be checked manually with the following command

dig a 14.57.255.149.csi.cloudmark.com

If it's listed then we will get a 127.0.0.x result

The NXDOMAIN result means that the IP address is NOT blacklisted on csi.cloudmark.com
