My blueyonder emails are only going back to 9 Nov 23. The sent items seems to be inconsistent within the various folders.
I can still send and receive emails.
Are there any known issues? If not, what details do you require to investigate this further.
Thanks

Many thanks for your response Coenoby
I normally just use my iPhone and Apple's mail client but I am experiencing this issue on VMs webmail also.
If I had inadvertently deleted hundreds of emails I would have expected them to be in my deleted folder.
Do you know whether VM can recover emails from a backup?
Thanks again.

Sadly It seems that VM do not store backup copies of emails. The onus is on the VM customer to set up their own email backup arrangements.

Don't forget that VM usually removes emails from the Webmail Trash (Deleted) folder after a week. The Imap process in your Mail app will then ensure that they will also disappear from the Deleted/Trash folder in the app.
