Inaccessible ntlworld.com email account

My wife has a sub account linked to my e-mail address, but we can not log into the email.(although I can amend the password via myprofile)

I am a long standing customer since the early 2000's and service has been throughout.

Is there any underlying reason why access to this address may have stopped?

When you say "can't log-in" what do you mean? Can't log in to the VM mail site or do mean her e-mail program on her computer is not working. In either case does she get an error message when she tries to log in or send/receive e-mail?

Strangely, its fixed this morning.

It seems as if there was an issue was when I attempted to change her password last night.

Today I have followed the same route in changing her password and this time I have received notification prompts that didnt appear at 10pm last night.

Many thanks for your input though.
