In the last few days emails are slow to download to Outlook

Broadband speed is normal. Outlook hasn't changed. I feel the Virgin Media email server.is running slowly. It sometimes takes 10 minutes for my emails to download. I've never had this problem before. It just started a few days ago. POP3.

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have been experienicnig this issue with your email, can you confirm for me are you emails loading fine on our webmail version of your email? If so do you have any other 3rd party email apps you can test to see if they are downloading the same speed as Outlook?
