I can't seem to access my Virgin Media email account. Whenever I go to https://mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite/, I see the message "Sorry! Your mailbox is not available at the moment."
I need to access this account a number of important things, such as prescriptions and banking. If anyone could help that'd be great.

Any email address that you have with Virgin Media will be closed 90 days after your services are disconnected. This can be found in more detail in section D here and in the
