Imap virgin media not responding on mobile OK on browser , no sync since July 2020

Hi 

Recently I have found my emails not to be syncing. I have checked that I have the right settings. I have deleted the accounts, attempting to add them again ( after deleting the data and cache).

I cannot seem to add anything now, automatically or manually. It says, Couldn't verify account "imap.virginmedia.com isn't responding." It suggests that you can manually setup but won't be able to send or receive emails until the account is verified.

As I have deleted all accounts and checked the settings I don't know where to go now. I have a gmail account that I can access via the gmail email app but not through the Email app on my phone. Everything was fine until the start of JULY when my phone, last synced all the mail accounts on my phone.

Any help, much appreciated

Thanks for your post

Sorry to hear you have not been able to sync your emails 

Are you able to send and receive when online through our webmail account?

Have you tried setting s new password 

Do you get an error message containing "VM *** "

Do you still have an active Media account with us
